- Get 1st years through requirements 1, 2, and 3 in Scout rank

- Learn square, shear, and diagonal lashing (First Class requirement)

Plan TMP for Next Meeting (15 minutes)
- Scoutmaster Minute and Announcements
- Discuss what we want to do at the next meeting
- Look ahead at the planning calendar
- Scribe: take notes about what we want to do and email it to PLC as meeting minutes
- SPL: draft a TMP and send it to Truong for checking before end of Tuesday
- Truong will check and send back for changes if needed during the week and will post to the website after it is finalized
- TMP finalization deadline is end of day on Thursday before the meeting
