Plan TMP for Next Meeting (15 minutes)

• Scoutmaster Minute and Announcements

• Discuss what we want to do at the next meeting
• Look ahead at the planning calendar
• Scribe: take notes about what we want to do and email it to PLC as meeting minutes
• SPL: draft a TMP and send it to Truong for checking before end of Tuesday
• Truong will check and send back for changes if needed during the week and will post to the website after it is finalized
• TMP finalization deadline is end of day on Thursday before the meeting
