  • PLC, please be at the meeting by 8:45
  • PLC Meeting goals: discuss when to meet up to finish the Q4 Planning, patrol time agendas, what BV should teach next week.
  • Patrol Leaders, submit a plan via email and confirm at the meeting what you plan to do during Patrol Time. You should start on preliminary camp planning (ie meals).
  • PLs, let's look for productive PLC meetings and quick formations this week.
  • Bach Viet will be coming over at 10:30-11:30 to teach scout skills.

Scoutmaster Conference (SMC) and Board of Review (BOR)

1. The BOR will be conducted on the second Sunday of each month.  The cut-off for request submission is Monday night before the following Sunday BOR.  This give the BOR time to prepare.
2. Scout must include scout name, rank, unit, and Scoutmaster name
3. BOR for Tenderfoot, 1st and 1nd Class requires an essay from the scout
4. BOR for Star and Life requires another leader for another unit to sit in the review
5. No SMC on the same day as BOR
